They are explaining till your satisfaction. Service experience of Vijay Sales was also very nice..they took Rs.200 as handling charge but after that they took whole responsibility to placed your order as your choice."

"Don’t visit Vijay Sales for iPhone. There was no one available at the iPhone section to assist customers. After requesting help multiple times, someone finally came Mr. Umesh Garg but he was completely disinterested, spoke arrogantly, and rushed through explaining even the basic features. He simply told me to come back the next day. I was also not provided any exchange value for my old phone until I insisted multiple times, which was very disappointing. Eventually, the manager came, but even then it felt like everyone just wanted to rush home, even though it was only 7:30PM and the store closes at 9:30 PM. This experience was frustrating and humiliating, especially since I have bought several products from Vijay Sales before and never faced such behavior. Honestly, it’s better to buy online than waste time visiting this store for an iPhone"

"Worst service and customer care! Not recommended. I purchased a geyser, and even after two days, I haven’t received an invoice or any update regarding installation. The customer care team and staff are completely unhelpful — if you face any issue or have a query, you’ll just be passed around between customer care numbers and staff contacts, with no proper response or resolution. Extremely disappointing experience."

"Welcome and demo part was very good. Billing took so much time, I really considered going back home and ordering online. There were 2 people attending to the billing counter and even a small glitch with any bill would take 5-10 minutes to complete."
